I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the way the plumbing work was carried out and completed at my home address. From start to finish I was kept informed of the likely progress of the work and I really appreciated the help and advice offered at the planning stage as I could not make my mind up what I wanted or the best location for my bathroom suite. A special thanks for completing ahead of schedule as I was not looking forward to coming back from holiday and then having to go through the upheaval of having no bathroom and limited access to water. We used Andy for all of the plumbing works when we refurbished our Victorian house in 2005. Andy stood out from all the other contractors in terms of the quality of his work and the manner in which he dealt with us. He was always fair and good humoured. His attention to detail was impressive and his experience helped us to make all the right decisions. Three years on he is always willing to help out when we have had queries about the system.
